About
I am a commissioned Notary Public serving Wake County and the greater Research Triangle, available to individuals, families, businesses, and organizations that require dependable, professionally documented notarization. I work independently with individuals, families, law firms, HR and talent acquisition teams, financial institutions, healthcare providers, title companies, and corporate legal departments — on individual appointment or under a written service agreement for ongoing needs. Every notarial act is recorded in a certified journal and performed in strict compliance with North Carolina law (NC G.S. 10B).

All notarial acts are performed in compliance with North Carolina law and recorded in a certified journal.
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, affidavits, contracts, corporate resolutions, LLC formations, employment agreements, and I-9 employment eligibility verification.
Real estate document notarization accepted for attorney-supervised closings only, per NC G.S. 45-8. I do not conduct independent real estate closings. Private deed transfers from unknown parties are not accepted.
Certified inventory of abandoned safe deposit boxes per NC G.S. 53C-6-13. Performed at the bank in the presence of a bank official.
All fees confirmed before your appointment, per NC G.S. 10B-32.

The Process
Fill out the form below with your document type, preferred location, date, and time. I’ll confirm your appointment within 24 hours.
Bring your documents and a valid government-issued photo ID. Your location and any applicable fees will be confirmed before your appointment.
Documents notarized correctly and completely, with a journal entry recorded for every act. Payment is due at time of signing.
Bring a valid photo ID — driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID.
Do not sign your document beforehand — for jurats, you must sign in the notary’s presence.
Know what your document requires — if unsure, check with the document issuer or the NC Secretary of State.
I am a North Carolina Notary Public and not an attorney. I do not provide legal advice or select notarial certificates. Please consult the document issuer or the NC Secretary of State for the correct certificate form.
